Terms and conditions

  1. Check-in time is from 1 pm to 6.30 pm and check-out time is until 10.30 am.
  2. Upon arrival it is essential to present an ID card for each guest, to allow registration according to the laws in force.
  3. Rates are per day (per night) regardless of the time of entry
  4. In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount paid during the booking will be withheld.
  5. The reservation is to be considered at the time of payment of the deposit or of the total amount at the time of booking.
  6. If you wish to extend your stay, please let us know promptly; any extensions are subject to and / or reductions of the stay originally booked, such as late cancellations, therefore subject to possible penalties.
  7. in case of payment of confirmatory deposit, equal to 50% of the amount of the entire stay, the client loses this deposit when it does not show up in the B&B to occupy the room that had been assigned to him within the check-in time, All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the structure. (see point 9).
  8. In case of late arrival with respect to the data indicated in the booking, the client is required to pay the total amount of the services that have been booked.

  9. The cradle for children from 0 to 2 years is available and must be chosen during the booking (5 EUR per night)

  10. Arrivals outside the check-in times provide an additional charge of € 10,00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the structure. Check-in is not allowed after the 23:00, not even in the face of the supplement. 
  11. Early departure: any changes must be communicated promptly before arrival; if the customer decides to leave early before the due date, he will still have to pay the amount of the internal stay.

  12. B&B Napoli Royal Suite is a no-smoking environment.

  13. Pets are not allowed
